Ingredients (Serves 4)
Preparation :
Boil the vegetables (cabbage, peas, tomatoes and carrots) in 1 liter water till soft. Mash and pass through a sieve. Mix noodles with soya sauce, salt and pepper and oil and divide equally amongst soup bowls.Pour the hot vegetable soup on top and serve at once.
- 250 gm egg noodles, boiled according the the directions on the package
- 500 gm mixed vegetables like cabbage, peas, tomatoes and carrots
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seed or til oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
