Noodle Soup

Ingredients (Serves 4) 

  • 250 gm egg noodles, boiled according the the directions on the package
  • 500 gm mixed  vegetables like cabbage, peas, tomatoes and carrots
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seed or til oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

Noodle Soup
Boil the vegetables (cabbage, peas, tomatoes and carrots) in 1 liter water till soft. Mash and pass through a sieve. Mix noodles with soya sauce, salt and pepper and oil and divide equally amongst soup bowls.Pour the hot vegetable soup on top and serve at once.
