Fried Oysters



Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 cups chopped oysters
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp refined flour
  • 1 green chilli, minced
  • A few parsley leaves
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

Fried Oysters
Mix together chopped oysters, chopped green onion, eggs, green chilli, parsley leaves, baking powder, salt and pepper. Form into small balls and deep fry to a golden color. Serve with ketchup.
