Flaky Fish

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 500gm lean fish
  • 1 inch piece sliced ginger
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Preparation :

Flaky Fish
Marinate the fish with ginger, brandy and onion  for half an hour. Steam till cooked. Heat a pan, add the steamed fish with the liquid and mash well over low heat till dry. Add the remaining ingredients and cook till the fish becomes flaky and golden.
