Grill Fish

Ingredients (Serves 8)

  • 1 kg fish, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground garlic
  • 3 tbsp each of soya and brandy
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :

Grill Fish
Take fish in bowl and add ground ginger, ground garlic in it. Add 3 tbsp soya sauce and brandy in it. After that add salt and pepper according to your requirement. Mix together and set aside for 1 hour. Grill till golden colored. Serve hot.
