Drunken Chicken

Ingredients ( Serves 4)

  • 1 chicken
  •  2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 cup brandy or rum

Preparation :
Drunken  Chicken
Make gashes on the chicken and rub inside out with salt and ginger juice. Leave whole night  in the fridge. Steam the chicken till tender. Line the inside of a deep bowl with chicken skin, place the chicken pieces inside. Pour in the brandy   till the chicken pieces are fully covered with the  wine. Set aside for 6 hours abd once with a green salad.
