Ingredients (Serves 6)
Preparation :
Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry prawns to a pink color. Add ginger, spinach , chicken stock, soya sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the cornflour and cook till thick. Serve with boiled rice.
- 500 gm cleaned prawns
- 500 gm cleaned spinach, ground
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 4 tbsp pureed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
