Ingredients (Serves 4)
Preparation :
Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry all the vegetables over high heat for 2 minutes. Mix together chicken stock, cornflour, all the sauces and spices and put inside. Add chicken and cook till thick. Put over the noodles and serve at once.
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 250 gm noodles boiled according to the directions on the package
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 250 gm mixed shredded vegetables like French beans, carrots, cabbage and capsicums
- 4 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp, cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp, soya sauce
- 2 tsp each of chilli sauce and tomato sauce
- 1/4 ajino motto
- Salt to taste
