- 2 cups Basmati rice, boiled
- 1/2 cup cooked prawns
- 2 eggs prepared into strips as shown in assorted rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 100 gm French beans, cut into bits
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- Handful of finely chopped parsley
- 2 green chillies, mince
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp ajino motto
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
Tomato Fried Rice with Prawns |
Heat 1 tbsp oil and lightly fry tomatoes along with parsley and chillies and set aside. Heat 5 tbsp oil and add all the vegetables. Fry for 3 minutes. Add rice, spices and prawns and fry for 3 more minutes. Lightly toss in the tomatoes and egg strips and serve at once.
