Ingredients (Serves 6)
Preparation :
Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry onions, vegetables with spices for 3 minutes over high heat. Add prawns and chicken and remove from fire. Put boiled noodles in a deep dish and put the vegetables mixture on top, cover with fried noodles. heat chicken stock, add cornflour, tomato and chilli sauce. Cook till thick, pour over fried noodle sand decorate with egg strips.
- 200 gm boiled noodles
- 100 gm fried noodles
- 1/2 cup cooked prawns
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 4 green onion, finely slice
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 capsicum, seeded and shredded
- 1/2 cup each of shredded carrots, cabbage and French beans
- 2 eggs, made into thin omelets and cut into strips
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp ajino motto
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
