Fried Chicken

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 chicken, disjointed
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger
  • 4 flakes garlic
  • 4 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation :

Fried Chicken
De-bone the chicken and cut into cubes. Prepare a batter with egg, cornflour, salt and pepper. Grind garlic, ginger and onion and extract juice. Mix with brandy, slat and soya sauce and put in the chicken. Set aside for 4 hours. Dip the pieces in egg and deep fry to a  golden color. Serve with chinese chilli sauce.
