Chinese Fried Noodles

Ingredients : (Serves 4)
  • 1 packet egg noodles, parboiled.
  • 1 cup lean cooked pork, shredded
  • 1cup roast pork, shredded
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg beaten, fried like omelet and shredded
  • 1 tbsp, cornflour blended with 1/2 cup pork stock
  • 2 cups pork stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
Chinese Fried Noodles
Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry the noodles to brown evenly. Put in a deep dish.Heat 2 tbsp more oil and fry onions and lean a pork for 1 minute. Mix together pork stock, cornflour, salt and pepper and put in, cook till thick. Mix in roast pork and egg. Serve over noodles.
